IT Systems Support Analyst

About the role

The IT Systems Support Analyst provides technical assistance and ensures smooth operation of IT services for the organization in Atlanta. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and operating system issues while delivering high‑quality customer service to end users.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Level 1 and Level 2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, mobile devices and peripherals.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, OS and application problems, including Windows and enterprise apps.
• Assist users with Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Deploy, configure and maintain devices using SCCM, Intune and other endpoint management tools.
• Track IT assets, maintain inventory records, and create technical documentation.
• Provide hands‑on support for network, server, and security teams, including connectivity troubleshooting and datacenter equipment assistance.
• Coordinate with vendors and third‑party providers to resolve incidents.

Required profile

• 3‑7 years of experience in IT support, service desk, desktop support or end‑user computing.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Team‑oriented mindset and effective stakeholder management.
