IT Systems Administrator (New York)

About the role

Legora is looking for an experienced IT Systems Administrator to keep its New York office running smoothly. You will own the day‑to‑day IT operations, ensure reliable endpoint management, and support the rapid growth of our AI‑native legal workspace.

Key responsibilities

• Run daily IT operations for the New York office, including endpoint management, on‑site support, vendor coordination, and new‑site buildouts.
• Own a portfolio of SaaS applications end‑to‑end: lifecycle management, configuration, governance, procurement input, capacity planning, and integration health.
• Serve as the system owner for business continuity, disaster recovery, and backup plans for all in‑scope assets.
• Operate the global office network, zero‑trust mesh, and cloud firewall rules and segmentation.
• Partner with the Helpdesk on Tier‑2 escalations and collaborate with Information Security on identity, network, and SaaS controls.

Required profile

• 5+ years of relevant IT operations experience.
• Project‑driven mindset with a track record of owning scope from design to delivery.
• Strong judgment on speed, security, and cost trade‑offs.
• Comfortable working across teams and locations, taking ownership without waiting for direction.
• Ambitious about deepening technical expertise in modern workplace infrastructure.
