IT Support Technician (Onsite, Canton, OH)

About the role

Join the IT team at Gregory Industries, supporting a multi‑site manufacturing and office environment in Canton, OH. You will be the first point of contact for users, troubleshooting workstations, laptops, printers, cloud and business applications to keep operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Provide frontline, on‑site IT support for end‑users across multiple locations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with workstations, laptops, printers, cloud and business applications.
• Document incidents, resolutions and procedures to improve team efficiency.
• Collaborate with the IT Manager to prioritize support requests and enforce cybersecurity best practices.
• Escalate complex infrastructure problems to Systems Administration while keeping users informed.
• Assist with IT projects such as system upgrades, application support and infrastructure improvements.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience supporting users in a business environment.
• Strong time‑management and clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel between the headquarters and local manufacturing facilities.
