IT Support Technician

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Technician to deliver deskside, OSS and FSO technical assistance across a range of devices and infrastructure. You will act as the primary point of contact for end‑users, ensuring high levels of satisfaction while adhering to service level agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 2nd‑line support for desktops, laptops, tablets, smartphones, desk telephony, AV equipment and peripheral devices.
• Install, configure, test and troubleshoot hardware, software and basic network connectivity.
• Manage ticketing workflow, prioritize requests and keep users informed of status and resolutions.
• Perform OS imaging/re‑imaging, system updates and routine infrastructure administration.
• Deliver on‑site coverage according to shift schedules and support remote office locations when required.
• Conduct asset inventory, move equipment safely and comply with health‑and‑safety guidelines.
• Provide end‑user training, guidance and recommendations for device upgrades.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently, diagnose non‑recurring issues and meet SLA targets.
• Comfortable operating in both business‑as‑usual and project‑based environments.

Required skills

• Desktop PCs, laptops, thin clients, tablets and smartphones.
• Desk telephony, AV equipment, printers/MFDs and basic networking.
• Software installation, troubleshooting and OS imaging tools.
• Ticketing systems and asset management processes.
