IT Support Technician

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Technician to deliver both on‑site and remote technical assistance to our users. You will be responsible for resolving hardware, software and network issues while maintaining our IT asset inventory and supporting audio‑visual equipment for events.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site and remote support for hardware, software and network connectivity problems.
• Manage and update the inventory of all IT equipment.
• Image and refresh computers and other devices to keep them current.
• Troubleshoot common issues such as printer malfunctions, software errors and network outages.
• Set up, maintain and troubleshoot audio‑visual equipment, including projectors, microphones and video‑conferencing systems.
• Operate AV systems during live events and resolve any technical issues that arise.
• Collaborate with senior technicians and IT staff to address complex problems and improve support processes.
• Deliver excellent customer service and keep accurate records of support tickets and equipment maintenance.
