About the role

We are looking for an early-career IT Support Associate I to provide first-level technical assistance to our users. The role focuses on delivering prompt, courteous service while following established procedures, documenting solutions, and escalating issues when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network problems.
• Assist with system updates, patching, and basic configuration under supervision.
• Troubleshoot operating systems, enterprise applications, and peripheral devices.
• Document technical solutions and contribute to the knowledge base.
• Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.
• Escalate complex issues to senior technicians with detailed context.
• Log incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system for audit purposes.
• Support procurement by supplying accurate IT equipment specifications.
