Senior DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

About the role

Elligint Health is seeking a hands‑on Senior DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer to join a small, high‑impact team. You will help modernize and scale the infrastructure that powers our healthcare SaaS platform across multiple AWS accounts, driving automation, security, and observability.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and implement the next‑generation cloud platform, creating reusable Infrastructure as Code for production, test, staging, and development environments.
• Develop, maintain, and update CI/CD pipelines to support routine operations, testing, and deployments.
• Design and maintain monitoring, dashboards, alerts, and incident‑triage processes to ensure platform health.
• Automate manual tasks for engineering, QA, and development teams to improve efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, applying DevOps best practices and security standards.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience supporting a customer‑facing SaaS platform.
• Deep understanding of DevOps patterns, anti‑patterns, and security‑first mindset.
• Proven experience operating production environments in cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
