IT Support Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a technically motivated IT Support Analyst to join our IT team in Denton, TX. The role serves as the first point of contact for employee IT support, delivering both onsite and remote assistance to ensure a smooth technology experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide front‑line technical support to employees via phone, chat, RMM tools and ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues on workstations, laptops, peripherals and Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
• Support line‑of‑business applications as needed and assist with occasional after‑hours emergency cases.
• Perform device enrollment, configuration and compliance management using Intune and Windows Autopilot.
• Manage Entra ID user and group provisioning, licensing, MFA and Exchange Online mailbox administration.
• Maintain endpoint security posture through updates, antivirus status and policy enforcement.
• Document issues, resolutions and contribute to internal knowledge bases.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on IT support experience.
• Associate degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Strong customer service, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to work onsite with the possibility of hybrid remote days after the probation period.

Required skills

• Microsoft 365 administration (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Exchange Online).
• Entra ID user/group provisioning and MFA configuration.
• Intune and Windows Autopilot for endpoint management.
• RMM tools and ticketing systems for remote support.
• Device enrollment, policy configuration and compliance monitoring.
• Windows operating system troubleshooting.
