IT Support Analyst – Frontline Technical Support

About the role

RESPEC is seeking an IT Support Analyst to provide frontline technical assistance to employees in Colorado Springs or Denver. You will be the first point of contact for hardware, software, and peripheral issues, ensuring rapid resolution and high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in person, by phone, or email.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral problems.
• Review daily IT operational checklists to confirm system health.
• Configure and deploy devices, software, telephones, and related technologies.
• Perform IT access and identity management tasks.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis, create checklists, and recommend preventive procedures.
• Support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and videoconferencing equipment.
• Collaborate with other IT staff and share knowledge.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in an IT service or operations support role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows desktop/server environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical explanations.
• Experience with business‑class printing and conference‑room solutions.
• Mobile device management and troubleshooting abilities.
• Understanding of business‑level IT security practices.
• Hands‑on experience with personal compute device hardware.
