Front End Software Engineer – Angular (Specialist)

About the role

Join L3Harris’s ATLAS team to develop mission‑critical user interfaces for the U.S. Space Force. As a Front End Software Engineer you will use Angular, TypeScript and modern web technologies to build intuitive, high‑impact applications that support space launch analysis and tracking.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement responsive UI components using Angular, TypeScript/JavaScript and CSS frameworks.
• Participate in all phases of the software development life‑cycle, from design through testing and integration.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including backend engineers and operators, to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
• Maintain and improve UI performance and usability for real‑time mission operations.
• Ensure compliance with security requirements and obtain the necessary U.S. Secret clearance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently or within a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.
