IT Manager I/II/III – Project Management

About the role

The Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead its Project Management Office (PMO). This senior position will guide a team of project managers, establish standards, and ensure successful delivery of complex technology products across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a PMO team responsible for a diverse portfolio of projects.
• Establish and maintain PMO frameworks, methodologies, and standards.
• Develop and implement project management tools, templates, and reporting mechanisms.
• Monitor project performance, provide executive‑level status reports, and manage risks and issues.
• Oversee resource allocation and capacity planning across initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement and increase PMO maturity.
• Collaborate with executive leadership, product managers, and cross‑functional teams to align projects with strategic goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or Master’s) in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of management and leadership experience in IT project management.
• U.S. citizenship is mandatory.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑disciplinary projects and deliver results.
