About the role
The firm is looking for an IT Help Desk Specialist to manage daily technical support for attorneys, staff and leadership across multiple office locations. Reporting to the IT Manager, you will be the primary owner of help‑desk operations, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and securely in a fast‑paced legal environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day technical assistance for hardware, software, printers, mobile devices and network connectivity.
- Respond to, triage and resolve help‑desk tickets both remotely and on‑site.
- Configure and deploy desktops, laptops, monitors, phones and peripheral equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory of hardware, software licenses, warranties and equipment assignments.
- Document support procedures, troubleshooting steps and recurring issues.
- Identify recurring problems and propose long‑term improvements to IT processes.
- Assist with employee onboarding and off‑boarding technology setup.
Required profile
- 2–5 years of professional IT support or help‑desk experience.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work independently.
- Experience supporting a multi‑site environment, preferably in a professional services setting.
Required skills
- Microsoft 365 and Azure administration.
- Adobe suite and Windows operating systems.
- Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools.
- Basic networking, VPN and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Hardware and peripheral device configuration.
