IT Field Services Technician

About the role

The IT Field Services Technician provides white‑glove, on‑site and remote support to Morgan & Morgan employees across the Philadelphia region and nationwide. You will install, configure, and maintain IT hardware while delivering prompt user assistance in a virtual desktop environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, professional on‑site support to users in the assigned region.
• Create, monitor, track, schedule, update and close ServiceNow tickets within SLA.
• Resolve escalated tickets from Service Delivery teams.
• Collaborate with vendors to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Maintain, organize, and order regional IT hardware inventory.
• Build relationships with local leadership and staff to improve workflow.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in an IT Service Desk role.
• Experience with Office 365 and Active Directory services.
• Basic understanding of networking and wiring configurations.
• Familiarity with remote‑access technologies such as VPN and terminal services.
• Preferred experience with ServiceNow, Salesforce, and VMware.
• Strong problem‑analysis, communication, and organizational skills.
