Mobile Developer – iOS & Android

About the role

The Mobile Engineer will help drive innovation across our fast‑growing mobile applications, which are central to delivering language services and omnichannel communication. Reporting to the Director of Engineering, you will shape the product roadmap and ensure a seamless experience for both clients and internal users.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and launch new features for iOS and Android apps.
• Enhance existing functionality and improve overall performance.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs to maintain an error‑free experience.
• Create and maintain unit and integration test suites.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor peers on best practices.
• Investigate the impact of feature changes and document downstream technical considerations.
• Manage technical debt to boost developer productivity and happiness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2–3+ years of professional software development experience.
• At least one year of experience building native mobile apps for both iOS and Android.
• Strong eye for UI/UX design and ability to create exceptional user experiences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently in a decentralized environment.
• High personal and professional integrity and a collaborative mindset.
