IT & Cybersecurity Consulting AI Trainer

About the role

Join a growing community of professionals advancing the next wave of AI as an AI Trainer. You will work remotely on a part‑time, project‑based basis, applying your IT and cybersecurity expertise to improve large language model safety and trustworthiness.

Key responsibilities

• Generate realistic industry‑specific scenarios and examples related to sexual content, violence, self‑harm and hate.
• Evaluate AI‑generated content and model outputs for safety and policy compliance.
• Identify nuanced risk and policy edge cases and apply annotation guidelines.
• Document classification decisions with supporting rationale and ensure quality, consistency and realism.
• Contribute professional expertise to the development of AI safety classifiers.

Required profile

• 10–15 years of professional experience in IT consulting, cybersecurity consulting, GRC, enterprise risk or incident response advisory.
• Previous leadership roles such as Principal Consultant, Senior Risk & Compliance Lead, Cybersecurity Practice Lead, Senior Manager (Risk Advisory) or Incident Response Director.
• Strong written communication and analytical abilities.
• Ability to evaluate nuanced and ambiguous scenarios.
• U.S.-based professional.
