iOS Software Engineer – $135K‑$260K + Equity

About the role

You will build mission‑critical iOS applications that improve flight safety and operational efficiency for a high‑growth aviation AI startup serving the Department of Defense and major airlines.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement high‑performance iOS features using Swift, SwiftUI, and modern mobile frameworks for real‑time data visualization.
• Integrate complex internal and external APIs to deliver mission‑critical flight and sensor data directly to pilots.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and product designers to create intuitive, safety‑critical mobile experiences for high‑stakes environments.

Required profile

• 2+ years of iOS development experience.
• Proficiency in Swift and SwiftUI, with exposure to UIKit and multithreading.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and experience with asynchronous programming (async/await or GCD).
• U.S. Person status (U.S. citizen or green card holder) and able to commute to San Carlos.
