Investor Relations Manager

About the role

The Investor Relations Manager will be based in Miami and report directly to the Chief Investment Officer and Partners of a private equity real‑estate firm. The role is central to enhancing investor engagement, supporting capital formation, and strengthening the firm’s go‑to‑market strategy across both multifamily equity and private‑credit platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for existing investors, delivering proactive communication and high‑quality relationship management.
• Coordinate all investor reporting, including capital call notices, quarterly updates, performance summaries, and other material across equity and credit strategies.
• Lead the enhancement and day‑to‑day management of the firm’s CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking of interactions, pipeline activity, and reporting schedules.
• Develop and implement scalable investor‑relations processes and operational best practices to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Partner with senior leadership to create and refine investor presentations, pitch decks, marketing collateral, case studies, and digital communications.

Required profile

• Proven experience in investor relations, capital‑markets support, or private‑investment marketing within real‑estate private equity, private credit, or alternative‑investment environments.
• Highly organized, process‑oriented, and commercially minded with the ability to build best‑in‑class investor infrastructure.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating complex financial data into clear investor‑focused narratives.
