Investment Banking Analyst – Capital Call Financing

About the role

Societe Generale is seeking an Investment Banking Analyst to support its Capital Call Financing business. The analyst will work closely with senior bankers and the Capital Call Portfolio Manager to originate, structure, and execute financing facilities for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Support the origination and execution of Capital Call financing facilities.
• Prepare client presentations and marketing materials.
• Apply internal underwriting guidelines to produce credit applications.
• Conduct due diligence on existing and prospective transactions.
• Assist senior team members with structuring, documentation, and coordination of execution.
• Maintain internal databases and contribute to ad‑hoc projects.
• Collaborate with the Portfolio Manager on annual credit reviews, performance monitoring, and industry trend analysis.

Required profile

• BA or BS degree (preferred concentrations: Economics, Finance, Business, Math, Computer Science).
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across the firm.
