Inventory Specialist – Cycle Counter

About the role

As a Cycle Counter II you will be a core member of the plant’s inventory control team, ensuring accurate daily cycle counts and reliable data entry into SAP S/4HANA. Your work will directly support the correction of inventory discrepancies and uphold Bosch’s global standards for operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily cycle counts of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods using SAP‑generated count sheets and ABC classifications.
• Enter count data into SAP S/4HANA with high accuracy and timeliness, verifying physical locations against system records.
• Perform first‑level discrepancy checks, recount when needed, and escalate unresolved issues to the Senior Cycle Counter.
• Maintain clean, organized, and properly labeled inventory areas while adhering to safety and SOPs.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or logistics, preferably in manufacturing.
• Hands‑on experience with inventory counting and stock‑taking.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• US work authorization (no sponsorship).

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP S/4HANA (ERP system).
• Strong attention to detail and mathematical accuracy.
• Effective communication for reporting discrepancies.
