Interventional Radiologist Physician

About the role

Ochsner Health is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Interventional Radiologist to join a 100% IR practice in the Greater New Orleans region. The role offers flexible scheduling, a supportive team environment, and opportunities for academic appointments and subspecialty growth.

Key responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of interventional procedures across multiple service lines, including oncology, venous disease, women's health, and endocrine interventions.
• Provide longitudinal patient care through a dedicated IR clinic and support outpatient practice development.

Required profile

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Interventional Radiology.
• Experience with a broad case mix, including liver‑directed therapies, GU and lung interventions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with advanced imaging equipment and modern PACS.
• Experience using EPIC electronic medical record system.
• Ability to perform procedures using dictation and IT support tools.
