International Tax Specialist

About the role

We are launching a new US office in Midtown Manhattan and are looking for an International Tax Specialist to join from day one. The role focuses on genuine cross‑border tax work for high‑net‑worth private clients and fund structures.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advisory‑driven international tax planning for US and UK private clients with global assets.
• Structure and advise on foreign trusts, cross‑border investments and partnership reporting.
• Prepare and review fund and partnership tax filings across multiple jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with an established international team to develop and refine service offerings.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in tax, with a solid focus on international matters.
• Demonstrated ability to understand complex client situations and translate them into practical tax solutions.
• Motivation to take ownership in a start‑up environment and contribute to office growth.
