Internal Sales Agent – Health Plan Telesales

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Internal Sales Agent to join our Agnostic Sales Team. In this remote position you will engage prospective and existing customers by phone, promote health‑plan products and help close sales while delivering a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Make inbound and outbound calls to prospects and members to sell health‑plan products.
• Conduct needs assessments (NEADS) and recommend tailored solutions.
• Overcome objections, close sales and arrange field‑representative visits when needed.
• Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Meet daily and monthly performance targets, including call quotas and sales goals.
• Follow up on leads, identify new opportunities and support cross‑functional teams.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Active Health Insurance License.
• Available to work any shift between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST, including weekends and overtime during peak periods.
• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing or high‑volume customer service.
• Strong verbal communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, resilient and able to thrive in a performance‑based environment.
