About the role

CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic is seeking a board‑certified or board‑eligible Internal Medicine (or Family Medicine) physician to join a physician‑led, faith‑based multispecialty group in Tyler, Texas. The position offers a full‑time schedule with a focus on high‑quality, community‑centered care supported by AI‑integrated tools.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to an established panel of 18‑20 patients per day.
• Utilize Epic EMR for both inpatient and outpatient documentation.
• Collaborate with a team of 30+ physicians and advanced practice clinicians.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and community health programs.
• Maintain clinical leadership within a physician‑led organizational model.

Required profile

• Board‑certified or board‑eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Commitment to the mission‑driven, faith‑based culture of CHRISTUS.
• Ability to work Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM‑5:00 PM.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Epic EMR system.
• Experience using AI‑integrated documentation and decision‑support tools.
