About the role

Join CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic in Tyler, TX as a full‑time Internal Medicine (or Family Medicine) physician. You will work in a physician‑led, faith‑based environment that emphasizes quality care, community well‑being, and work‑life balance supported by AI‑integrated tools.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to an established panel of 18‑20 patients per day.
• Utilize the Epic EMR system for both inpatient and outpatient documentation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of 30+ physicians and advanced practice clinicians.
• Leverage AI‑driven services to streamline documentation and enhance patient interactions.
• Participate in community health initiatives and uphold the organization’s compassionate, faith‑based mission.

Required profile

• Board‑certified or board‑eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality, patient‑centered care.
• Ability to work Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM‑5:00 PM in an onsite clinic setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Epic EMR.
• Experience using AI‑integrated clinical documentation tools.
