About the role
We are seeking an Internal Communication Specialist to support the Global Lead in shaping and delivering internal communications for our marketing team. This part‑time, 12‑month contract role, based in New York, focuses on enhancing transparency and information flow across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end management of internal communications for the marketing team.
- Draft, edit, and curate strategic weekly and monthly newsletters aimed at leadership visibility.
- Ensure clear, streamlined information flow within the internal marketing organisation and with external stakeholders.
Required profile
- 10+ years of professional communications experience, preferably in executive or internal B2B marketing settings.
- Proven ability to tailor messaging for senior leadership audiences.
- Strong executive presence and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
