About the role
DELV Design is seeking an experienced Interior Designer to lead interior design scopes within multidisciplinary projects, guiding concepts from inception through completion.
Key responsibilities
- Programming, space planning, material, finish, and FF&E selection.
- Developing client presentations, interior drawings, details, and specifications.
- Coordinating interiors with architectural and engineering systems.
- Managing project scope, schedules, budgets, and client communication.
- Supporting construction administration and mentoring junior designers.
Required profile
- 4–9 years of professional interior design experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Interior Design.
- Commercial interiors and construction documentation experience.
- Strong design judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
- NCIDQ or other relevant certification preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Revit.
- Proficiency in SketchUp.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
