About the role
This position provides design and technical expertise to support Architect‑Engineer (A‑E) contract development for military construction, civil works, and other district projects. The incumbent assists throughout the contract award process and serves as the Contract Officer Representative.
Key responsibilities
- Support the development of A‑E contracts for military construction, civil works, and district needs.
- Provide process and technical assistance during the award of A‑E contracts.
- Act as Contract Officer Representative, overseeing contract performance and compliance.
Required profile
- Experience in design and related technical fields.
- Familiarity with architect‑engineer contract procedures.
- Knowledge of military construction and civil‑works projects.
- Ability to support contract award processes and act as a contract liaison.
