Intake Sales Specialist (Bilingual English/Spanish) – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a confident, sales‑driven Intake Sales Specialist who will be the first point of contact for potential personal‑injury clients. Working remotely, you will convert qualified leads into signed cases by building trust quickly and guiding prospects through our onboarding process.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound leads via phone, email, chat, and other channels.
• Conduct high‑quality intake calls, gather case details, and assess eligibility.
• Build rapport, use consultative selling techniques, and address objections.
• Guide prospects toward signing contracts and support them through onboarding.
• Document all interactions and lead activity in the CRM and case‑management systems.
• Review and manage new leads, pending contracts, and follow‑up opportunities daily.
• Coordinate with legal and intake teams for a smooth handoff after a client signs.
• Organize contracts, supporting documentation, termination letters, photos, and other intake‑related files.

Required profile

• Excellent communicator with a strong sales mindset.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is motivated by results.
• Ability to build trust quickly and turn opportunities into retained cases.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
