About the role

Alchemy Financial Group is seeking motivated individuals to join a field‑based life insurance sales opportunity. The position is designed for producers who want to develop toward team leadership, starting with client‑facing sales and progressing with coaching and training.

Key responsibilities

Meet with individuals and families to assess their insurance needs.
Explain life‑insurance options clearly and professionally.
Follow up with prospects via phone, video, and in‑person visits.
Complete applications accurately and meet carrier compliance requirements.
Maintain an organized schedule and consistent weekly activity.
Participate in coaching, training, and team accountability sessions.

Required profile

Coachable people who act on feedback.
Self‑motivated professionals able to manage a flexible schedule.
Strong communication and follow‑up skills.
Comfort with commission‑based sales and measurable goals.
Both experienced sales professionals and career changers are welcome.
