Key responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families in your local area to assess their life‑insurance needs.
• Explain life‑insurance options clearly and professionally, completing applications accurately.
• Conduct follow‑up via phone, video, and in‑person visits to nurture prospects.
• Maintain an organized schedule and meet weekly activity benchmarks.
• Participate in coaching, training sessions, and team accountability meetings.

Required profile

• Coachable and able to act on feedback.
• Self‑motivated with strong communication and follow‑up abilities.
• Comfortable working on a commission‑only basis and meeting measurable sales goals.
