About the role

This remote position is for individuals who want to start a career in life‑insurance sales without prior experience. You will handle inbound calls and Zoom meetings with prospects who have already requested a quote.

Key responsibilities

Contact prospects via phone or Zoom and guide them through available life‑insurance options.
Help customers select the product that best fits their situation and close the sale.
Follow a conversational framework rather than a rigid script, adapting as you gain experience.

Required profile

Residency in the United States.
Ability to pass a background check.
Either hold a Life & Health insurance license or be willing to obtain one with company support.

What we offer

Commission‑only, uncapped earnings (most reps earn $800‑$1,200 per sale).
Potential income: $50,000+ in year one part‑time, $80,000‑$300,000+ full‑time.
Daily and weekly pay cycles with additional performance incentives.
