About the role

This remote position offers an entry point into insurance sales where earnings are driven by performance rather than a fixed salary. You will consult with families who have already expressed interest in life insurance, guiding them to the best coverage options.

Key responsibilities

Engage with inbound client inquiries and assess their life insurance needs.
Match families with suitable policies from a network of over 60 carrier partners.
Maintain a consultative approach without cold‑calling, focusing on genuine client needs.
Participate in ongoing training and mentorship while handling live client conversations.

Required profile

U.S. residency and a clean background check.
Life & Health insurance license, or willingness to obtain one.
