About the role
The Insurance Implementation Specialist acts as a trusted technical partner for insurance carriers adopting LexisNexis Risk Solutions products. You will guide clients through API integrations, advise on insurance workflows, and ensure successful implementation aligned with business goals.
Key responsibilities
- Consult with carriers on insurance industry practices and facilitate system‑to‑system API integrations.
- Manage technical requirements, mitigate risks, and keep projects on schedule.
- Lead pre‑implementation workshops, provide expertise on data product formats (XML, JSON), and configure connectivity.
- Monitor implementation outcomes, communicate progress to leadership, and deliver training to technical and business audiences.
Required profile
- Strong knowledge of P&C insurance underwriting, rating, and operational workflows.
- Experience in B2B API implementation or account management.
- Proven ability to build trusted advisor relationships with customers.
