Instructor - Supply Chain Management

About the role

Tarleton State University seeks an Instructor of Supply Chain Management for its Department of Marketing, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, and Information Systems. This 9‑month, non‑tenure‑track position focuses on delivering undergraduate and graduate instruction in supply chain, logistics, and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver undergraduate courses in supply chain management, including logistics, operations, and analytics.
• Develop course syllabi, select instructional materials, design assessments, and evaluate student learning outcomes.
• Provide academic support through office hours, mentoring, and advising students.
• Participate in departmental service, curriculum development, and industry partnership activities.

Required profile

• Earned Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field from an AACSB‑accredited institution.
• Minimum three years of professional experience in supply chain, logistics, or related industry.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
