About the role

Santander is seeking an Institutional Banker to join its Institutions Team in Miami. The role focuses on developing and managing relationships with high‑net‑worth and institutional clients across the Americas, providing investment advice and supporting the bank’s commercial strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, manage and retain institutional client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Participate in the bank’s commercial strategy for Mexico, Venezuela, Colombia, Central America and the Caribbean.
• Analyze investment opportunities and prepare detailed reports on financial health, valuation and outlook.
• Provide clients with up‑to‑date investment information and execute their investment decisions.
• Collaborate with Private Wealth, Products and Compliance to create sales strategies and cross‑business synergies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent.
• Minimum three years of private banking experience delivering investment management advice to high‑net‑worth individuals.
