Installation Manager – New Construction Projects

About the role

Our client, a trusted national brand, is seeking a driven Installation Manager to lead new‑construction installation operations in Chattanooga. You will coordinate installers, manage project schedules, ensure quality control, and support customer satisfaction across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and train high‑quality installation subcontractors, providing ongoing coaching and performance management.
• Attend prospect builder meetings with sales reps, assist with quoting custom and semi‑custom jobs, and guide the sales cycle.
• Review quotes, labor calculators, and construction plans for accuracy, margin, and compliance.
• Develop and maintain installation schedules with sales, logistics, installers, and third‑party lift providers.
• Conduct pre‑installation site visits, verify readiness, and coordinate with general contractors or superintendents.
• Lead on‑site coordination on installation days, resolve field issues in real‑time, and ensure quality execution.
• Perform post‑installation inspections, manage rework or service requests, and approve subcontractor invoices.
• Oversee accessory delivery and change orders, ensuring proper billing and documentation.

Required profile

• 2+ years of construction project management experience, preferably in window and door installation.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent management experience (preferred).
• OSHA 30 and CPR certifications.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (a plus).
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational abilities.
