Installation Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Installation Manager to lead our installation team and deliver an exceptional experience for every customer. This hands‑on leadership role oversees installers, scheduling, fleet operations, quality, and day‑to‑day execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of installation professionals.
• Oversee daily installation schedules, staffing, job assignments and ensure safe, efficient completions.
• Monitor quality, productivity, completion rates, and customer satisfaction.
• Resolve escalated installation and customer issues and conduct ride‑alongs, quality audits, and performance reviews.
• Manage installer payroll, bonuses, performance metrics, and fleet maintenance.

Required profile

• 5+ years of leadership or management experience in home improvement, installation, construction, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving, communication and customer‑service skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Required skills

• Hands‑on leadership with ability to hold teams accountable while developing people.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
