About the role
HydraForce, a Bosch Rexroth company, is seeking an Inspector I (PM) to ensure that hydraulic cartridge valve components meet all internal specifications. The role offers a fast‑paced environment where you will contribute directly to product quality and production efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Inspect components to verify compliance with HydraForce specifications.
- Document inspection results and record data using established software.
- Submit Non‑Conformance reports for any items that fail inspection.
- Notify supervisors of production problems and assist in problem identification.
- Discuss inspection outcomes with product owners and relevant personnel.
- Maintain clean‑up and housekeeping procedures and follow safety and sanitation regulations.
Required profile
- High school graduate.
- Ability to stand or walk for long periods and lift at least 20 lb.
- Comfort working with small parts and performing repetitive hand/arm tasks.
