Quality Intern – Summer 2027

About the role

Join Bosch Rexroth’s HydraForce team for a summer 2027 internship focused on Quality Engineering. You will support the Inspection Labs, Supplier Quality Engineering, and Warranty groups while gaining hands‑on experience in hydraulic valve testing and continuous‑improvement projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in continuous‑improvement projects using Six Sigma and Lean tools.
• Perform day‑to‑day support activities such as inspection, sorting, fixture design, and assembly.
• Conduct measurement system analysis on various gauges.
• Execute hydraulic testing for failure analysis and troubleshoot valves or test stands.
• Assemble and disassemble hydraulic valves and manifolds for failure analysis.
• Read and analyze hydraulic drawings and prints.
• Support Supplier Quality Engineers by reviewing supplier performance data and validating change requests.
• Investigate returned material and customer complaints through root‑cause analysis.
