About the role

The Inside Sales Representative (Family Advisor) at Caring.com helps families locate private‑pay senior living options. Working remotely, you will guide care seekers through a structured sales process while collaborating with senior living partners.

Key responsibilities

• Guide families through the senior‑living search, ensuring consistent follow‑up and highlighting Caring’s value.
• Communicate partner community offerings, resident requirements, and unique benefits.
• Maintain a high‑volume lead pipeline in the CRM and meet or exceed sales quotas.
• Deliver empathetic, personalized support to seniors and caregivers.

Required profile

• 3+ years of documented sales success in a quota‑driven environment.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to follow scripted phone communication.
• Comfortable handling emotionally charged calls and working a set 40‑hour week, including evenings and weekends.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a CRM system.
• High computer literacy, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to multitask on a multi‑monitor workstation and type quickly.
