Inside Sales Representative – Diesel Engine & Power Generation

About the role

The position focuses on driving growth and revenue in the industrial, marine, and power generation markets for a leading diesel engine and power generation solutions provider. The representative will manage regional sales activities, develop a robust pipeline, and deliver tailored engineered systems, products, and services to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and close business opportunities in marine and power generation sectors.
• Engage new and existing clients through consultative selling and early positioning.
• Maintain deep market knowledge and record opportunities accurately.
• Deliver technical sales presentations and demonstrations.
• Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
• Manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and address feedback.

Required profile

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in marine and/or power generation markets.
• Proven success in outside sales with a strong track record.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 50‑60%.
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
