Inside Sales Representative – Bilingual (English & French)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative who is fluent in English and French. In this position you will grow an existing customer portfolio through proactive phone outreach and virtual meetings, using our structured campaign process to meet weekly sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct virtual product demonstrations and presentations.
• Handle a high volume of calls and maintain accurate sales activity records in the CRM.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, identifying upsell opportunities.
• Close sales on the spot by addressing objections and leveraging product knowledge.
• Communicate clearly, listen actively, and solve problems quickly.
• Adapt to a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Use CRM systems and sales tools to track customer information.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Prior sales experience (1+ year) in a similar role.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
