About the role
Unlock your sales potential with Home Genius Exteriors. This full‑time W‑2 position lets you close deals with pre‑qualified customers, with most of the work prepared before you meet them.
Key responsibilities
- Meet with 2–3 pre‑qualified customers daily.
- Deliver engaging, in‑home sales presentations.
- Grow quickly through elite training and mentorship.
- Work in a supportive, team‑first environment.
Required profile
- Confident communicator and natural relationship‑builder.
- Driven to succeed and grow within the company.
- Proven sales experience with a track record of results.
What we offer
- $100,000–$300,000+ annual earnings with a 70% advance and uncapped commissions.
- Weekly pay every Friday.
