Inside Sales Manager - Bay Area

About the role

Anatomage, a global leader in 3D medical applications and recently acquired BioDigital, is hiring an Inside Sales Manager for its headquarters in Santa Clara, California. The role focuses on consultative selling: directing a team of inside sales representatives, driving client education and motivating prospects to adopt medical education solutions. It is an on-site position.

Key responsibilities

• Train and coach the sales team to achieve or exceed monthly revenue goals
• Select and train qualified sales and account management professionals and build a cohesive team
• Supervise team activities daily and attend sales calls as needed
• Hold regular sales meetings and give coaching, and assign high-priority clients to team members
• Provide weekly sales forecasts and summaries to senior leadership
• Manage the sales cycle with the Sales Support and Marketing teams and act on long-term business-building opportunities

Required profile

• Four or more years of proven sales leadership experience as a top performer
• History of team building and management in high-volume, fast-paced environments
• Experience organizing and maintaining sales goals
• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent education, training and experience (preferred)
• Effective written and spoken English

Required skills

• Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach or other CRM systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Working knowledge of the education industry
• Analytical skills, multitasking and time management
