Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative

About the role

Diablo Tools, a brand of the Bosch Group, is looking for an energetic Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative to support its multi‑state territory and e‑commerce accounts. The role blends sales initiatives with high‑touch customer service, ensuring orders are processed quickly and customers receive exceptional support.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and grow a multi‑state territory and e‑commerce accounts, focusing on upselling, new program pre‑selling, and product placements.
• Align dealers with the online portal and drive adoption of new tools and programs.
• Review daily orders for accuracy, collaborate with customers, sales reps, operations, and accounting to resolve issues and guarantee same‑day processing.
• Provide high‑level support to existing customers, prospects, end‑users, and sales managers via phone, email, and portal.
• Continuously develop skills to support sales and service initiatives and contribute to company growth.

Required profile

• Outgoing and highly motivated with experience in fast‑paced, results‑driven environments.
• Strong background in both customer service and sales.
• Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Excellent multitasking and solution‑focused mindset.
