INR Enrollment Representative

About the role

As the INR Enrollment Representative you will be the first point of contact for new patients in the International Normalized Ratio testing program, helping them start their health journey with confidence and support. You will work Monday‑Friday, 9:30 am‑6:00 pm EST, handling both inbound and outbound communications and ensuring accurate enrollment data.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, process, and enter new patient order forms and faxed enrollments into the system.
• Contact practices and patients by phone or email to obtain missing information and confirm insurance coverage.
• Provide out‑of‑pocket cost estimates based on insurance responses.
• Manage inbound and outbound calls through the patient and clinic call center while meeting quality and performance standards.
• Schedule remote INR testing training with contracted nurse trainers.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in data entry, customer service, or a call‑center environment.
• High school diploma, vocational education, or GED.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, detail‑oriented environment and demonstrate patience and empathy.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams.
