Global Product Manager – Sustaining Hardware

About the role

As the Global Product Manager for Sustaining Hardware within Philips Ambulatory & Monitoring Diagnostics, you will own the lifecycle of mature MCT and Holter devices, ensuring they remain reliable, compliant, and available as next‑generation sensors are developed.

Key responsibilities

• Own the sustaining lifecycle plan and prioritized backlog for MCT and Holter devices.
• Coordinate cross‑functional execution of product changes, including component, supplier, manufacturing, labeling, packaging, and cost‑reduction initiatives.
• Lead issue resolution with customer, field, service, quality and operational teams, aligning stakeholders on containment and long‑term fixes.
• Partner with Quality and Regulatory on complaint trends, CAPA, risk management, post‑market surveillance, audits and regulatory documentation.
• Monitor product health using performance indicators and drive corrective or improvement actions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience with regulated hardware or medical devices.
• Experience managing mature or sustaining hardware products, including lifecycle planning and issue resolution.
• Background in cardiology, ambulatory monitoring, connected or wearable sensors is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Product Management, Business, Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.

Required skills

• Medical device quality systems and regulated product processes (design controls, risk management, CAPA, complaint handling, post‑market surveillance).
• Cross‑functional leadership and decision‑making without direct authority.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate trade‑offs to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

What we offer

• Base salary range $99,000‑$158,000 (Malvern, PA) with annual incentive bonus and long‑term incentives.
