Reimbursement Supervisor – Healthcare

About the role

The Collections Supervisor leads a team that resolves denied and unpaid claims, drives operational performance, and improves collections outcomes for the Ambulatory, Monitoring & Diagnostics business.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day collections activities, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of denials, unpaid claims, and outstanding invoices.
• Manage team operations, establish policies and procedures, and provide coaching and performance feedback to meet productivity and collection goals.
• Analyze denial trends, productivity metrics and operational data to identify root causes and drive continuous process improvement.

Required profile

• 1+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management, Credit Risk Management, Financial Analysis, Accounts Receivable Management, Contract Management, or Collections (or 4+ years with vocational education).
• Effective people leader and strategic thinker with strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.

What we offer

• Base salary range $65,000 – $103,000 per year.
