About the role
Hadrian is expanding its advanced manufacturing footprint in Mesa, Arizona, and is seeking skilled Injection Molding Technicians and Operators. You will work on high‑performance molding equipment that supports aerospace and defense production, ensuring stable and efficient operations across the full production lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Set up molds and perform changeovers on injection molding machines.
- Operate molding equipment, monitoring pressures, temperatures, and cycle times.
- Identify and document defects such as flash, sink, and warpage.
- Perform basic troubleshooting to maintain production stability.
Required profile
- Prior experience in injection molding processes.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to work safely in a regulated manufacturing environment.
