About the role

The B2B Service Delivery Engineer will ensure the successful installation and delivery of telecom services to business customers. You will act as the main technical liaison, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing the end‑to‑end delivery process.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze B2B service requests, create work orders, and track tasks required for installation.
• Verify technical requirements and documentation for each solution.
• Supervise and coordinate technical execution by internal and external teams, including technicians, inspectors, engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for technical discussions, progress reporting, and communication throughout the installation lifecycle.
• Develop, coordinate, and monitor installation plans together with customers and operational areas.
• Manage resources, timelines, and scope of solutions.
• Track task execution, monitor schedules, and promptly report deviations.
• Provide clear updates on request progress and maintain periodic reports for interested areas.
• Handle incidents during provisioning, mobilizing resources for rapid resolution.
• Process service request closures and ensure correct invoicing.
• Escalate unresolvable installations to Sales and follow up until resolution.
• Ensure compliance with Operational Level Agreements (OLAs) for all duties.

Required profile

• Degree or technical qualification in Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Systems or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar service delivery or technical coordination role.
